The role
As a Junior Safety Officer (MVK), you will oversee safety across a variety of projects. You support the identification of risks, monitor compliance with safety regulations, and act as a point of contact for employees and supervisors on site. Together with experienced colleagues, you will learn the profession in practice and contribute to building an open and safe culture.
What will you do?
- Monitor compliance with safety rules and work procedures.
- Identify risks and suggest improvements.
- Support toolbox meetings, workplace inspections, and incident reporting.
- Contribute ideas and actions to strengthen the safety culture.
- Step by step, grow into an independent safety professional.
